It turned out that heat doesn’t improve the effects of Bikram yoga. The researchers found that the health benefits of Bikram yoga seem to stem more from practicing yoga and less from the heat.
However, scientists marked that Bikram yoga in hot environments helps reduce body fat percentage more than yoga in a room with normal temperature.
